Class meets once a week from 6 pm to approximately 7:30 pm
Class meets for 7 consecutive weeks; the 7th week is an individual evaluation of each team.  Complete enrollment form below.

Teams successfully completing the evaluation will complete the Therapy Certification Packet, Written Exam, and pay the certification fee.  Certification is for 2 years.

Class size is limited to no more than 10 participants.
A minimum of 6 participants is required for the class to be held. 
Masks optional.
